FAST-Detroit, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, emphasizes the Filipino youth in the Metro Detroit area. FAST-D 's main objective is to promote physical and mental fitness through the development of various sports skills, all while applying the true spirit of sportsmanship, team development, and camaraderie.

2026 Basketball Clinics and League at UWM Sports Complex, Pontiac
Youth Clinics: Saturday, February 14, 2026 and February 21, 2026

2:00 to 3:00 pm – Elementary (1st to 5th grades)

3:00 to 4:00 pm – Middle School (6th to 8th grades)

4:00 to 5:00 pm – High School (9th to 12th grades)
Youth and Adult Leagues: Saturdays, starting February 28 2026, and ending May 30, 2026 (2:00 to 6:00 pm).

Numerous paid and volunteer positions available throughout our many programs.
A vast majority of our annual budget to fund our programs is derived from our poker fundraising. Our next event will be at a brand-new location, G’s Kitchen & Cocktails, 56129 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby Township 48316 from December 17, 2025, to December 20, 2025 (License No. M108405). No poker experience is needed at all.
